John Paul (JP) is a longtime family acquaintance. When it came time to sell our home, we knew who to call and where to start Cristal Cellar. JP along with our representative Nate did a fantastic job on all aspects of the sale from videography to closing. We could not have asked for better representation or a better result. We worked with John Paul of Cristal Cellars. I do not normally write reviews but compelled to write one due to the great experience we had with John. We were doing a refinance, however it wasn't very straight forward due to us being self employed independent contractors. John and his company was extremely professional was available anytime of the day we had questions. The qualifying took a bit long due to complicated nature of our loan but John was patient and was willing to work with us every step of the way. This company definitely knows how to work with customers and keep us happy. We will definitely be recommending this company to all our friends and family.

We were first time home buyers in uncharted territory. Intimidated by the whole process stepping in, John Paul quickly calmed our nerves. He guided us through the process of buying a new home and even gave a presentation that helped us better understand. At first we had our eye on a specific lot in a new constructed community, but did not initially get it due to someone putting a deposit a day ahead. We followed his guidance with putting a deposit on a similar property in the same phase in case they backed out. He gave us hope that if this home was meant for us, it would work out. In the meanwhile he stayed in contact with the builder and made sure we were the first to know of any changes. Fortunately enough, the other party did back out which meant we were next in line for our home. We couldn't be more happy for that opportunity.

During the process, we had many questions, and each time John was quick to respond. He was in constant contact with the builder in a respective way, and cleared up all mix-ups that arose. He stayed on top of the loan process, minimized troubles and made sure we closed on time. He went above and beyond wherever we needed help. John Paul was a true professional from the initial meeting to final closing, keeping us thoroughly informed and process on track. His expert knowledge, timely communication, and genuine friendliness made buying a home a breeze. It would have otherwise been a mess without his help and guidance. With that being said, we could not be more pleased with the entire process.
